Please check the arrangement at the door before accepting it — our rider will wait. That is the one moment a return is possible.

If it arrives damaged and you refuse it at the door, we deliver the same item again at our own cost and cover both the return and the redelivery. Once an order has been accepted it cannot be returned, even if damage is found later. The full detail is in our Returns & Refund Policy.

It will match the style, size and colour palette you ordered. Every arrangement is made by hand from fresh stems, so it is an equivalent bouquet rather than an identical copy. If a particular flower is not good enough on the day, we substitute it with one of equal or greater value in the same palette — never something cheaper.

Yes. Card payments are handled by our payment provider on their own systems and we never store card numbers. Cash on delivery is available across Islamabad and Rawalpindi if you would rather not pay online at all.
