What we guarantee, in writing

• A real photo, every order. Taken at the door on the day. If we fail to send one, we refund the delivery charge without you having to ask twice.
• 72-hour freshness. If the flowers fail inside three days, we replace the arrangement.
• No silent substitutions. If something is unavailable we tell you before dispatch, with a photo, and you may cancel for a full refund.
• Discretion at the doorstep. No loud branding, no logo on the box. The recipient should think of you, not of us.
• We say no when we should. If we cannot reach your address on your date, we tell you before you pay.

Why we say sender and recipient

We never use the word "customer" internally. Every order involves two people — the one who paid and the one who opens the door — and they need different things from us. The sender needs certainty. The recipient needs a moment that feels like it came from a person, not a company. Keeping both words in the room keeps the whole team honest about that.
