- You do not need their exact address. Tick the box at checkout, give us their phone number, and we will call and arrange it — without spoiling the surprise. A son in Jeddah often genuinely does not know his parents’ new house number.
- Delivery is timed to Pakistan, not to you. Choose the moment it should land there; we handle the five-hour arithmetic.
- The proof reaches your phone. Wherever you are, whatever the time zone, you get the photo minutes after it is handed over.
- Write the card in Urdu. Type it in Urdu and we write it in Urdu, by hand.

Common questions from overseas senders
Is there a surcharge for ordering from abroad?
No. The price you see is the price, converted at the live rate by your own bank or card issuer. We add nothing for being outside Pakistan.
What if they are not home when it arrives?
We call the recipient first. If they are out, we hold the arrangement in our cool room and re-attempt at a time that works — at no extra cost.
Can I keep it anonymous?
Yes. Choose "send anonymously" at checkout and our driver is briefed not to volunteer your name.
How quickly can you deliver if I order tonight?
If you order before 2:00pm Pakistan time, it goes the same day. Overnight orders from the Gulf typically land mid-morning in Islamabad.
