Where is it now?
Enter your order number and we will show you the stage it has reached — and, once it lands, the photograph from the door.
Order number is in your confirmation email and your first WhatsApp message.
The four stages
- Confirmed. Payment received, date locked, card text queued for hand-lettering.
- In the studio. Cut, conditioned and arranged on the morning of delivery.
- Out for delivery. With a named driver, en route to the address.
- Delivered — with proof. Photograph taken at the door and sent to you on WhatsApp.
Something wrong?
If a delivery is late, if the photo has not reached you within an hour of the delivery window closing, or if what arrived does not match what you ordered — message the studio on WhatsApp with your order number. We would rather fix it the same day than argue about it next week.
