Where we go, when, and what it costs
We would rather tell you we cannot reach an address than take the order and fail. Everything below is what you actually pay — there is no surcharge added at the last step.
Same-day delivery
Order before 2:00pm and it arrives the same day, seven days a week. After 2pm we deliver first thing the following morning unless you call and we can fit you in.
90-minute express
Ready-built arrangements only, available across most of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The checkout shows you whether your address qualifies before you pay.

If nobody is home
You decide in advance whether we may leave the delivery with a guard, a neighbour or building reception. If you have not authorised that, we call you, hold the arrangement in our cool room, and re-attempt at a time you choose. We never abandon flowers at a door.
Fixed dates
For dates that cannot slip — birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Eid and Mother’s Day — book at least 48 hours ahead. We cap those days deliberately rather than overselling and delivering late.
