The problem we started with

Someone in the Gulf sends flowers to their mother in Rawalpindi for her birthday. They pay online. Then nothing. Did it arrive? Did it look like the photograph on the website? Was it fresh? Did she know it was from them? The only way to find out is to phone and ask — which ruins the entire surprise they just paid for.

That gap between paying and knowing is where trust in this whole category leaks away. Everyone in the market sells flowers. Almost nobody closes that gap.

What we do about it

Every single order ends with a photograph of the real arrangement at the real door, sent to the sender on WhatsApp within minutes. Not the studio shot. Not a stock image. Theirs, at their door, on that day.

It sounds small. It changes everything — because it converts an act of faith into a thing you can see.

What we hold ourselves to

• Amanat — held in trust. An order is a trust, not a transaction. We carry it like it is ours to answer for.
• Freshness is non-negotiable. Cut today, arranged today, delivered today. If it is not fit for our own home, it does not leave the studio.
• Show, don’t claim. We prove it with a photo. Every time.
• The moment belongs to them. Discreet packaging, no loud branding at the door. The recipient should think of the sender, not of us.
• Speed with grace. Fast is the floor. Beautiful on arrival is the standard.

Where we are

Our studio serves Islamabad and Rawalpindi, seven days a week, with same-day delivery on orders placed before 2pm and a ninety-minute express window across most of the twin cities. A large share of what we deliver is ordered from Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the UK — which is why the checkout is built for someone who is not in the country and may not know the exact address.
